The Colorado QSO Party is Sep 4 (1200 UTC) to Sep 5 (0400 UTC).

Go to http://www.hornucopia.com/contestcal/contestcal.html, scroll down to 
September.

Click on the + next to Colorado QSO Party and it will take you to a detail 
and a link to the
rules.
