Doug or someone must have updated the web site tonight before the board meeting. I just got through looking and the 2010 rules are there now. As I remember the first year of the COPQ we had 13 Canadian providences (the same as the ARRL uses). How about it Dick, you were on the committee also, do you remember? Anyway it looks like these will be the rules for 2010.
