[PPRAANet] Tower take down - Jin-Pole needed --- today if possible

Today (Sunday) I'm trying to take down my tower. 

The 70-pound beam is a real pain to man-handle up or down from the tower.

Does anyone have a jin-pole I could borrow?

I need to put a cement base under the tower.  It is currently sitting 
directly on the ground ... slowly sinking :-/ 
Also, I would like to get information/help on what needs to be done for 
building the cement base.

I gave up fighting the various birds that seem to think the house siding 
is great for nest building.  Starting next week (tomorrow) I'm getting 
the worse parts of the house stuccoed (all I can, almost, afford at this 
time).  They said I could use the cement mixer. What I was planning to 
do in this summer has ended up being something I need to do immediately.
