[PPRAANet] Freqs and Times for COQP

Hey everyone if we 80 and 40 and work as many  locals as we can. Then 
during the rest of the contest we should check 10 meters  on the even hour and 15 
meters on the odd hour for any contacts/openings. I  don't know about you 
but I can't keep a run going anywhere near an hour on 20  meter SSB. So, this 
would make a good break from 20 meters.
