[PPRAANet] COQP 2009

The 2008 COQP was a great success with good participation and lots of
positive comments.  ARRL has declared 2009 the year of the state QSO
party. So it is imperative that we get the COQP going for 2009.

There is not a lot that needs to be done but the sooner some decisions are
made the smoother things will go.

I'm looking for volunteers to help with the following tasks:

- Review 2008 rules for changes
- Decide on 2009 date.
- Contact Logging software developers to include COQP support
- Contact contesting magazines and website to advertise the date.
