[PPRAANet] Icom Microphone (hanger|hook|clip)

I went back through the box that my IC7000 came in and found what
appears to be the mic hanger. It is - in my not so humble opinion - poo.
I like Icom radios, but their microphone hangers are shamefully crappy.

Looks like a fabrication session is in order. My question has become,

"Does anybody have a Icom mic hanger that they have fabricated, or
purchased somewhere, that they like?"
