[PPRAANet] Colorado QSO Party Award

In today's mail I received a beautiful plaque for submitting the Highest 
Member Score for the PPRAA SK Memorial Award in the 2009 Colorado QSO Party.

I also received a very nice Certificate for First Place - In State - Digital 
Mode - Low Power - Single Operator - Single Transmitter.

I would like to thank the PPRAA Board and the people who worked on the 
Colorado QSO Party to make it a success.  Both awards will find an honored 
position in my shack and be displayed with pride.  During the 2008 COQP I 
was hospitalized with serious medical issues, and was unable to participate. 
This makes up for it.

I would also like to thank Frank Drake, KL7IPV for sponsoring this award.
