[PPRAANet] Packet HELP Needed

Hello all,
   This one has me stumped. My packet station has been working  perfectly 
since I brought it up about 2 years ago. I could monitor traffic on  144.930 and 
see what was being sent by other stations. On 4 October The Fairplay  Blast 
exercise was held. I decided to monitor the packet activity on 144.930.  So, I 
was monitoring HF 3990.50 as NCS, monitoring 448.450 which Sid K4ARM was  
primary NCS and I was his backup. My packet setup is:
Radio Yaesu FT7800
TNC  Kantronic KAM Plus (using only the VHF/UHF portion at this  time)
Compaq Persirion with XP SP3
WinPack ver 6.8
 
I can connect to other stations and can see everything that is sent out by  
them. However, when I try to just monitor the activity on 144.930 the only 
thing  I see on my screen is my own ID and BEACON. If I issue a MHEARD command I 
see  where other stations have been transmitting ID's, Beacons, and 
connections. If I  watch the radio I can see and hear when other stations transmit, also 
can see  the lights on the TNC. But, I see nothing on the computer monitor. I 
have the  following commands all set to on:
MONITOR
MALL
MCON
MCOM
MRESP
MXMIT
HAVE ISSUED THE RESET COMMAND SEVERAL TIMES
 
Still unable to monitor general transmissions. Only when I am connected to  
another station and then I can see what that station is sending. The only thing 
 that I have not done is perform a Hard Reset of the TNC. Anyone have any 
other  ideas as to what is causing this problem?
