We can use the help with upgrade and with VE certification. Go to www.arrl.=
org and check out the VE certification information. It's pretty simple. You=
 can either buy or download the manual, take the open book test and send it=
 in. Certification follows in 6-8 weeks, depending on how backed up they ar=
e. Then contact me when you have your certification and I'll put you on my =
VE list. Our next exam session is Dec. 13th, I think. It's the second Satur=
day of the month. And MARC (up in Woodland Park) has a session on 11/01/08 =
at 10 a.m. at the public library just off I-24. Contact dbuckhouse at centuryt=
el.net for more information, as I think their contact just had surgery.=20
