Okay, made it through November. I am having so  much fun working on the 
newsletter. Okay, I confess....I hate the  footers!

It there is something you are interested in, want more info on,  would like 
references for, you know...things you are curious about, send the  thoughts to 
me and let me do some research and post the results in Ø-Beat. Would  you like 
to see some monthly columns? Did you know some of the most  knowledgeable and 
cleaver hams in the hobby are right here? Perhaps they would  contribute 
answers to questions or suggestion on how to do something. You folks  out there 
with over 30 years in the business have any words of wisdom for our  younger 
hams or something new and exciting you have discovered? (I discovered  something, 
having all your teeth pulled is more painful than Ø propagation on  Field 
Day!)

Have you ever wanted your picture in the paper? Well if you  start in the 
Ø-Beat who knows what news network might see it and you end up on  national 
television or some morning talk show!

The new contest year has  started yesterday for the PPRAA Contest Recognition 
program. The recent winners  will receive plaques at the Christmas 
Party..which you DON'T want to  miss!
