[PPRAANet] Amateur Extra Class Question Pool Changing 7/1/08

All (my apologies for list duplications) --

If you are/have been studying to upgrade to the Amateur Extra Class license,
you should know that the question pool and test will change effective this
coming July 1, 2008.  If at all possible you should try to pass your exam no
later than June 30th.  After that, your existing books, study materials and
the questions therein, will no longer be valid.

The MARC VE Team's next VE Session is Saturday, July 5th (after the Extra
Class question pool change).

NOTE:  The Technician Class and General Class question pools and study
materials will remain valid and unchanged for the time being.  The next
scheduled update of the Technician Class materials/exams is June 30, 2010
and the General Class materials/exams are valid until June 30, 2011.  These
are scheduled dates -- they are subject to change without notice if the FCC
changes amateur radio policy unexpectedly (as they recently did with
reallocation of HF frequencies and band privileges).
