There is no 146.225 repeater in Denver to the best of my knowledge (that frequency is not a repeater frequency in Colorado).

The correct frequency in Denver is 147.227(+); this CRA machine in Denver is linked full time to the 145.160(-) machine in Colorado Springs. You should be able to hit the Springs machine with 1 watt from anywhere in town.  Both machines use a 107.2 Hz tone.
