Change to PPRAA Contest Recognition  Program

Due to Dick, WØRAA, submitting HUGH contest scores (7 digits, way  to go 
Dick!) I have made the following modifications to the entry categories to  
increase participation opportunities:

SINGLE OPERATOR

High  Power > 100 Watts 
Low Power  6-100  Watts
QRP             1-5    Watts
QRPp          <  1   Watt

MULTI OPERATOR

High Power > 100 Watts  
Low Power  6-100  Watts
QRP             1-5    Watts
QRPp          <  1   Watt

Do get on and work some contests and just send me the  Date, Contest Name, 
and your SCORE! I'll take it from there!

Oh yes, I  will be entering future contests running 250 milliwatts! How well 
do you think I  will do?
