Don't miss the increasingly popular Minnesota QSO Party  this  Saturday, 
February 2 from 1400z to 2400z.  Participation in this  event has grown 
dramatically over the last few years.  Once again, all 87  Minnesota
Counties will be on 
the air thanks to the efforts of ELEVEN planned  rovers operations!
 
Plaques are awarded to the winners in each major category. The highest
score 
in each state/province will receive a handsome certificate.   Also, the TOP 
20 SCORES outside the state of Minnesota receive a free gift  of Premier
Wild 
Rice from the State of Minnesota.
