Hello,
   This is one of the most fun time in the year of contesting.  For the whole 
week school clubs everywhere will be trying to make contacts.  Great time to 
promote ham radio and to work some great youngsters! 
 
The Operating Period for the Winter/Spring term event, is Monday through  
Friday of the second full school week of February beginning at 1300 UTC and  
ending at 2400 UTC. - February 11-15, 2008.
