[PPRAANet] Thursday Night Net

Please forgive my confusion:

I thought 146.520 was the calling frequency and that once you made contact with your party the gentleman's agreement was that you move to an alternate simplex frequency to continue your QSO.  If I remember correctly, the PPRAA net used to be on 146.580.  Is there another net which might be using the frequency in the absence of the PPRAA net?
