[PPRAANet] Meeting Reminder and RSVP request

I "may" be able to make the meeting, Doug, but will not be able to attend 
the picnic on the 16th.  I have minor surgery scheduled for Friday, the 15th 
on my right foot.  A battle that I have been fighting since September.  Long 
story.
