[PPRAANet] Prospective new ham needs antenna help

Mel Warner (510-7395) has been in touch with me  on getting his Tech license 
and I have provided the Tech Power Point for him to  study. He has an HTX-202 
and needs help in installing a vertical antenna for 2m  at his home. My work 
hours are so messed up I cannot go to his house to help  erect a vertical 
antenna for him. I have a Ringo Ranger II he might be  interested in but if someone 
has a better base 2m antenna Mel may want to talk  to you. He is very excited 
about becoming a ham and I hope we can help him  out.
