[PPRAANet] 10 Meters Dead?

Hello everyone,
   For those that think 10 meters is dead take a look at the results of the
summer qso party from Aug 4-5 2007. Top score was N5XZ with 541 contacts!
Not bad for the bottom of the sub sot cycle and for a dead band! Hope to see
or hear you on 10 meters. I monitor 28120 most days for PSK activity. When
the band opens I qsy to 28345 (frequency most 10-10 paper chasers use).
