My apologies for not including this in the last email, but I thought you 
might want to know about these other useful characters. Using Win-doze, you 
can find these and others by going to Start > All Programs > Accessories > 
System Tools > Character Map. If you're likely to want to return to the 
Character Map often, you might put a shortcut to it on the desktop, or put 
it on the Start menu (right mouse click - Pin to Start menu or Send to... 
Desktop).

I hope all of these characters appear alright in your displayed email.

¢ - ALT-0162 - cents
© - ALT-0169 - Copyright
® - ALT-0174 - Registered Trademark
° - ALT-0176 - degrees
± - ALT-0177 - plus or minus
² - ALT-0178 - squared
³ - ALT-0179 - cubed
µ - ALT-0181 - micro, as in µf or µmanager
¼ - ALT-0188 - one quarter
½ - ALT-0189 - one half
¾ - ALT-0190 - three quarters
Ø - ALT-0216 - slashed zero, or reasonable facsimile
