[PPRAANet] Megaest 2007 Update

With the Megafest 2007 only a couple of weekends away, things are looking good 
for everything.  Susan has a bunch of door prizes, Jim has been selling raffle 
tickets at some of the other swapfests, the three prizes are just waiting for a 
home, Dennis is ready for the VE testing.  Table sales are picking up.  I don't 
know what it is, but it always seems the table sales are slow to start, but when 
they do, they go pretty fast.  If you want a table, contact John Wishart KC0JFH. 
Boy Scout Troop 8 will be providing the brats and burgers again this year.

About the only thing we'll be needing is people to help set up now.  Friday at 
1600 is planned for setting up the tables.  If you can make it down to 
Lewis-Palmer High School between 4pm and 5 pm to help with the setup, that'd be 
just great!  We'll also need some volunteers to help with the ticket sales, take 
admissions at the door, man the club's table, help John with table sales, 
operate the talk-in station, etc.

So plan to be there for the swapfest, and if you can help out with any of the 
activities, please let me know right away.  I've got a couple names of 
volunteers already.
