Hi to All,

Now that Hamvention is history and our son is finished his military leave 
with us I'm picking up some loose ends of the COQP and trying to get some 
momentum going again.

Myself and Dave Sloan, N0EOP passed out 500 flyers at the County Hunters and 
contesting forums at the Hamvention.

We now have about 40 plaques sponsored.  If you would like to sponsor a

details.

About half the Colorado counties are covered at this time.  If you can cover 
a county please let us know.  Again, the website has details.

We are starting to work the details for the certificates that will go to 
those who earn them.  Our original intent was to use generic certificates 
which are only a few cents each at a local office supply store.  It was 
suggested that we design our own.  That would be prefered.   However, 
commercial printing cost are prohibitive for either color and black and 
white.  If anyone has a laser color printer that can print about 200 
certificates we would like to hear from you.  We will work with you on cost 
of paper and a laser cartridge.

With the recent increase in postage it's close to a $1.00 each for mailing 
certificates plus the cost of envelopes.

The PPRAA is proving some funds so we are not in a financial crunch at this 
time.
