[PPRAANet] COQP Meetings

Hi to all,

This Saturday, April 7th Dave Sloan and myself will be meeting with 
interested individuals at the Larcfest in Longmont at 11AM to discuss the 
COQP.  Among other topics we plan to discuss the date for the 2008 COQP 
including what club(s) may sponsor it.  All are invited to spread word of 
the meeting and attend if you are at the Larcfest.  We'll meet near the 
kitchen and look for me in the blue hat.

There will be a COQP status and planning meeting at 6PM prior to the PPRAA 
meeting on 4/11.  This is early for a weekday meeting but we want to prevent 
having a separate meeting and have enough time for adequate discussions.  
Everyone is invited.  It is in the downstairs auditorium at 305 S. Union.

Mike Allison,  we would like to give a brief overview at the club's meeting 
at 7PM after the above meeting.  We would also like to do the same for the 
board meeting on 4/16.

An update of status will be provided at the PPDXG meeting at 6:30PM at 
Guiseppie's restaurant on 4/20.

A status report wil be give at the CCARC meeting in Aurora on 4/28 at 1PM.

If you know of anyone not listed above that should get the word please 
invite them.  If there is a separate club that would like an update please 
let me know and we will be happy to work out the details with them.  Spread 
the word.

The COQP websiite is at ppraa.org/coqp.  Take a look, read the rules, cover 
a county, sponsor a plaque and get ready for the party.  And oh by the way, 
spread the word.
