What a busy year it has been. I still don't want to believe it's nearly December, but I don't think I have a choice. I have enjoyed my first year as editor of the 0-Beat and hopefully you have enjoyed the changes and the new look. If not, now is the time to say so and I'll even publish your comments, concerns and suggestions in the last issue of 2006. 

We have a whole new slate of officers and a new board member or two and there will be pictures of them in the next issue. The deadline, as always, is the 25th (November if you're not sure), which is eight (8) days from today. For those you of you who are math impaired, that means a week from Saturday (tomorrow). There is still space available for articles, jokes, honors, anecdotes and your latest project in pictures and words. I'll remind you again next Friday if you have forgotten and left your submission hiding on your hard drive somewhere. 

Have a great weekend and a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday. I am thankful to have gotten to know a few more of you and sharing a year in words and photos.
