Now that we will have a location for license classes I think a group should
be formed to plan an education program to reach from recruitment to Extra
Class and beyond.

In this group just because a person makes a suggestion they would not be
automatically assigned to follow it through. People would volunteer because they
have something to offer and wish to do so.

Ideas would be brought out and discussed to see if it is worth pursuing. A
detailed plan would be generated and a process to make the plan a reality
formulated.

Many clubs I have been in had no real education outreach and left potential
and new hams behind. PPRAA has a wealth of potential that only needs to be
tapped. To increase our ranks we need to offer people something worth becoming a
part of and I believe education and involvement is the vehicle to do the
job.

If you would like to help PPRAA get an education program off the ground let
me know. I'd bet there are people out there that want to become hams but just
don't know how.
