[PPRAANet] Megafest Planning Meeting Reminder

The next Megafest Planning meeting will be this Saturday, 18 March, 0900
at The Remodeler, 3205 North Hancock, Colorado Springs.  As we get
closer it is time to work out a few more details like who will help sell
admission tickets at the door, who will help with tables, etc.  If you
can help in any way please come join us.

 

If you are planning on going to Hamcon in Estes Park we are going to
have a club table there to promote the PPRAA and to sell raffle tickets
as well.  We could use a couple of hours of your time there as well
helping with the table.  Please let me know if you are planning to
attend and can help us out.  We will set up a schedule so everyone will
have more time to attend the convention events.

 

We will have coffee and donuts Saturday morning.  Nothing like caffeine
and sugar to keep a meeting going at that time of morning!
