[PPRAANet] Telmarketers on cell phone

It appears that this is a "the sky is falling" piece of info.  Cel numbers 
can be purchased and this has been so for some time.  The 1-888 number is 
the federal no call list number and will accept mobile (cel) phone numbers. 
According to FCC web site there is a law on the books that prohibits 
marketers from using auto dialers on cell phone lists.
    Anyway the phone number to get on the no call list is a good one but the 
threat may be over stated.
