[PPRAANet] OOOPs I misunderstood

It appears that I misunderstood when the upgrade to HE privileges occurs. 
Mid Jan. is what I am now told.  However the main idea of my e-mail is still 
valid.  Those of you who will upgrade will have a chance to sample CW.  Many 
many hams find this mode a lot of fun.  Take a listen on New Years eve and 
listen to the Straight Key Night fun.  Start learning the code so you will 
be ready when your upgrade occurs.
