[PPRAANet] 0-Beat deadlines

In order for the 0-Beat to get to the printer in time and into the hands of the PPRAA membership, deadlines set for the 25th of each month for articles, news items, reports, and changes must be in my hands by the 25th or they will be held for the next month's issue.
