[PPRAANet] Field Day 2006

Field Day is just a couple months away (June 23rd - 25th).  Ink these 
dates on all the calenders in your house!
There were NO negative comments about operating 3A this year (adding a 
digital station), so it looks like we will give it a try.

It's time to start getting equipment and station coordinators lined up.

Who can provide Generators and Tents? 

We need stations coordinators for:

HF-CW
HF-Digital
HF-SSB

VHF/UHF
AMSAT       - Tom    - (I'm assuming this)
GOTA          - Paul    -  W0PWM

We need volunteers for 3 demonstration modes.  Do you operate any 
non-contest modes?

The station coordinator really does not need to own and/or bring their 
own equipment.  The station coordinator's responsibility is to make sure 
the station which they are responsible for has all the needed 
equipment.  The needed equipment includes, but may not be limited to:
    Radio(s)
    Coax
    Antenna
    Antenna Structure
    Tables
    Chairs
    logging computer
    Desk Lamp/Lights
    Paper
    Pencils
    Pens
    atmospheric conditions for guaranteed operator ease. 

I'm sure I'll be bugging you with more Field Day information and 
requests in the near future.
