[PPRAANet] PPRAA Simplex Net

Hi Folks,

It's time for your friendly reminder that the
PPRAA Simplex Net meets every Thursday at 7:00PM local
time on 146.58 MHZ. Alternate frequency is 146.55
should the primary be unavailable.  You do not need to
be a member of the PPRAA to participate.  Be sure to
check in and support your net.

This week we are going to begin a series on electronic
fundamentals for our tech talk.  There are five tech
talk articles on this subject on the PPRAA website and
more will be up in a couple of weeks.  This series is
not to teach electronics in depth, but to give an
overview for those with little or no background in
electronics.

The ARRL Audio News will conclude the net.

For a variety of reason's I will no longer be the lead
net control station after the end of December, 2005. 
If you would like to fill this position at that time
or before please contact one of the below listed
individuals.  This is an excellant way to get some
good NCS experience in a low stress environment.
