[PPRAANet] PPRAA Simplex Net

Greetings,

It's time for your friendly reminder that the
PPRAA Simplex Net meets every Thursday at 7:00PM local
time on 146.58 MHZ. Alternate frequency is 146.55
should the primary be unavailable.  You do not need to
be a member of the PPRAA to participate.

This week we are replacing the tech talk with an on
air swapfest.  So check around your shack or other
hinder parts of your existence and see what there is
that you can turn into cash.  Pitch it to the net and
see what offers there are.  

Next week's tech talk we are going to begin a series
on packing and shipping amateur equipment.  You never
know there was so much to know about this mystery
subject.  A box is a box....right!

Tech talk subjects in planning include at least three
more sessions on soldering, third order intercept
point (what ever that is), FCC RF regulations, APRS,
packet and propagation.

As usual we will conclude the net with the ARRL Audio
News.
