[PPRAANet] PPRAA Simplex Net

Good Evening Everyone,

Yes, it is time for your friendly reminder that the
PPRAA Simplex Net meets every Thursday at 7:00PM local
time on 146.58 MHZ. Alternate frequency is 146.55
should the primary be unavailable.  You do not need to
be a member of the PPRAA to participate.

This week's and next week's tech talk will be on
Repeaters and their Gateways.  Frank McNally KW0WF,
has graciously consented to make this presentation. 
He has prepared an excellent presentation.  It should
be available on the PPRAA website at qsl.net/ppraa
before the presentation.  Pleae download it and follow
along as Frank tells us many things we never knew
about repeaters and their gateways.

As usual, we will conclude the net with the ARRL Audio
News.

Thru means not to be mentioned here we have learned
that several individuals listen to the net but do not
check in.  Obviously, your choice.  However, if it
were our choice it would be appreciated if listeners
would be so kind as to check in.  'nuff said.....

We are soliciting volunteers to help with NCS duties
and to present tech talk topics.  Or, if you would
like  to hear a tech talk on a certain subject let us
