PPRAA and MARC are hosting a joint field day the end of June. The
schedule is as follows:
noon Friday 6/24 start setup
noon Sat. 6/25 thru noon Sun. 6/26 operating

We are in the process of planning meals for the weekend and need an
estimate of how many people to provide for at each meal. The meals to
be provided are as follows:
Friday evening - bring your own
Saturday 6-8 a.m. - breakfast
Saturday 11-1 p.m. - lunch
Saturday 4 - 6 p.m. - potluck dinner (see note below)
Sunday 6-8 a.m. - breakfast
Sunday 12-2 p.m. - lunch (only for those helping with takedown)
There will not be a charge for meals, but donations will be welcome at
the site to help cover the cost of food, generator gas and
port-o-potties. To help us estimate how much food to buy, please
contact me by Monday June 13 to basically RSVP for which meal(s) you
plan to partake in, even if you are only a maybe right now, just let me
know that. You can email me at the address below (don't reply directly
to this email or everyone will get it) or phone me from 9am - 9pm any
day.
For the potluck dinner Saturday night, we will provide coffee and sodas
will be available all weekend for only $.50 each. You should bring a
main dish for yourself, or your family, grills will be available to use.
Also, please bring an extra dish based on the first letter of your last
name:
A thru I - dessert
J thru R - salad
S thru Z - side dish
We are also needing 3 to 4 volunteers for each of the five meals to help
with KP (serving, cleaning up, possible cooking if preferred). Please
let me know if you can help out and at which meal(s).
Menus can be viewed on each clubs website with other field day
information. We hope to see all of you at field day!
