[PPRAANet] Question again!

I have a question I thought I would present to the group.  I am currently
studying (darn spell check) to upgrade my license to at least General and am
looking at purchasing a used HF rig for the house.  My question is what
would be a good HF rig to look for in the 300-400 dollar range?  

 

I live in Briargate so "low profile" antenna considerations will also have
to be made when I set up this rig.
