[PPRAANet] PPRAA Foxhunt

Hi Folks,

The next PPRAA foxhunt is scheduled for January 23,
2005 (Sunday).  In case of inclement weather it will
be rescheduled for the following Saturaday (1/29/3). 
Wouldn't want chancing a conflict with the Superbowl
would we!

The fox will begin transmitting promptly at 1:00PM. 
We will start recording teams about 12:30PM.  There
will be a briefing about 12:50PM to detail frequency,
etc.

The starting location is at the picnic pavilion just
north of the boat house on the west side of Prospect
Lake(?).  The finish location is located
at......well....  Seriously, there will be a walk of
about 100-150 feet at the end to actually locate the
fox.  Be careful.

Scoring will be a combination of time and distance. 
For example,  If it takes you 87 minutes and 13 miles
to find the fox your score will be 100.  Lowest score
wins and gets "foxy" plus the opportunity to set up
the next hunt.

When finished we will try to find a nearby restaurant
to have refreshments, swap lies and solve all problems
be they personal, national or world wide.

Try to form your teams ahead of the start and get your
gear checked out and in working order.  Looking
