[PPRAANet] PPRAA Simpex Net Swapfest

As was mentioned in an earlier email we are kicking
off the PPRAA Simpex Net Swapfest during this
Thursday's Net.  That is February 17th at 7:00PM MST. 
We would like to encourage everyone to check-in and
participate in the swapfest.  Yes, we need both
sellers and buyers.  The success of this venture is
solely dependent on your participation.  

To better help you with the process the below are the
ground rules for the swapfest.  You may offer your
items for sale when called by the NCS for your
announcements and comments.

1. PPRAA, the NCS and this simplex net is not
responsible for listed items condition or sale in
anyway.  Any deal is strictly between the seller and
buyer.  No attempt has been made or will be made to
qualify the seller, buyer or listed items
2.  No commercial advertising.
3.  Give the name of the item, brand name and model.
4.  Give only a brief description.
5.  Rate appearance and functionality.
6.  Other brief information as may be needed
7.  Asking price is optional
8.  Method of contact.
9.  Potential buyers may contact the seller during the
net only to exchange contact information.  Let's not
do to much haggling during the net.  QSY after the net
for that purpose.
