Hi to Ya'll,

It's time for your friendly reminder that the
PPRAA Simplex Net meets every Thursday at 7:00PM local
time on 146.58 MHZ. Alternate frequency is 146.55
should the primary be unavailable.  You do not need to
be a member of the PPRAA to participate.  Be sure to
check in and support your net.

This week's tech talk will be about the measurement of
power in db's.  Some months ago Rick Brown, K0SU,
talked about db's during a tech talk.  This week we
want to take that discussion farther and talk about
just plain db's, dbi, and dbm and how they relate.  If
this has all been a fog to you in the past check in to
the net and burn off that fog.

The ARRL Audio News will be at the close of the net.
