[PPRAANet] Key weather web site address wrong

My Father and I attended the recent Skywarn  spotter training and the Key Web 
Sites handout had 6 web sites on it. 2 have the  wrong URL.

These I verified this morning:

College of Dupage  weather site  (Radar)
http://weather.cod.edu/analysis/analysis.radar.html

eSpotter -  submit spotter reported via the  internet
http://espotter.weather.gov
