If you get requests for Health & Welfare inquiries (as is common during
hurricanes) you can submit them online or have the inquiring party submit
the request online with the Salvation Army Team Emergency Radio Net (SATERN)
at
http://qso.com/satern/emailfrm.htm
Or they have a net going full-time on 14.265 USB
NOTE:  SATERN makes every attempt to locate and check welfare of the party
requested, however, people often evacuate disaster areas without giving
anyone information on their destination or status, which makes it impossible
to track them down and check on them.  

Also, the American Red Cross helps in this regard as well.  Contact the
local chapter by telephone for details.
