[PPRAANet] PPRAA meeting Wednesday!

Hello everyone,

Just a reminder that the September meeting of the PPRAA will take place this
Wednesday at 7:00 pm at the Office of Emergency Management, 305 South Union
Blvd.  Our guest speaker will be Jim Pierson, N1SZ.  You may remember the
outstanding presentation on BPL Jim gave a few months back.  This month he
will talk about VHF/UHF contesting.  For those who don't know his
background, Jim is a member of a large New England VHF/UHF contest group
that seems to set a world record every time they compete!  Jim is in charge
of the 222 MHz station, and he makes more QSOs on that band alone than most
other entrants make on all bands combined.  If you want to learn about
VHF/UHF contesting, then you don't want to miss this meeting!
