[PPRAANet] Broadband signal over all HF frequencies at WV7T

Last night I found a signal from S5 to S9 across the entire HF spectrum. I  
took out a portable SW receiver and found the power pole outside my house and  
across the street appears to be the huge emitter of the signal.
 
Is anyone else hearing this signal? I live near I-25 and Fillmore. I have  
read how BPL is supposed to be and this is very close to the description.
