[PPRAANet] New PPRAA Technical Education Officer and Librarian

Hello everyone,

I am pleased to announce that the PPRAA has a new Technical Education
Officer.  Mike WV7T will serve as the point of contact for anyone wishing to
upgrade their license class, request help with a project or antenna raising,
or just learn more about Amateur Radio.  Mike and a few friends have turned
an entire house into a ham shack, with (literally!) tons of equipment!  He
also has enough space for people to build projects, study books, and watch
videos.  This is important because he is also the club's new librarian,
covering both books and videos.  Mike will soon publish an article in the
Zero Beat to explain what facilities he has available to help others.

Mike has assisted several people upgrade in the past several months,
including Jim N0TUI who recently obtained his General Class.
