Amateur radio operators are beginning to get quite a few health & welfare
inquiries pertaining to Hurricane Charley.  

The SATERN (Salvation Army Team Emergency Radio Network) Net specializes in
handling these H&W inquiries.  The SATERN Net meets daily on 14.265 at 0800
local or 1400Z.
