[PPRAANet] PPRAA Picnic this Sunday!!!

Hello everyone,

Just a reminder the the PPRAA Picnic will be held at 2:00 PM this Sunday, 8
August, at the home of Kate WB9BAH!  Kate's address is 13360 Cottontail in
Falcon.  To get there take Woodman east until it dead ends on Hwy 24 (the
Safeway mall will be on your left).  Turn left (northeast) onto Hwy 24, and
then take the third right onto Cottontail.  Kate is about a mile or so down
the road on the left - her R8 vertical is visible.

>From the south end of town take Platte east.  It will turn into Hwy 24.
Once you reach the intersection with Woodman (you'll see the Safeway mall
towards the Northwest) follow the directions above.  Be advised that while
there is lots of room for cars and pickups, anyone driving an RV might have
a hard time finding space to park.

The club will provide soft drinks, hamburgers and hot dogs.  Everyone is
requested to bring a side dish according to your callsign suffix:
	Callsign A-K:  Side Dish
	Callsign L-Z:  Dessert

As well, please bring your own chairs, and a table if you have one.  Kate
has horseshoes and a bocce ball (does anyone else not know what that is?!).

I would love to see everyone (and their families) there - for those who
think that Falcon is in Kansas I should point out that it really isn't that
far from downtown!  I live further away than Kate and I find that I get into
work at Peterson AFB in less time than it took when I lived in Briargate.
