[PPRAANet] PPRAA meeting Wednesday - Antenna and Social night, and PPRAA responds to the FCC on BPL!

Hello everyone,

Just a reminder that we will build several antennas for Field Day at the
meeting Wednesday, and have a social evening to get to know each other a
little better.

We will also present the proposed response by the PPRAA to the FCC on the
Notice of Proposed Rule Making (NPRM) on Broadband over Power Line (BPL).
If you recall the excellent talk on BPL given by Jim N1SZ a few months back,
you know that it poses a threat to licensed users of the HF and low VHF
spectrum.  It is important that the FCC receive feedback from us, and this
is what we hope to send.  Your support is valuable, so I hope to see you at
the meeting!
