[PPRAANet] new guy needs radio

Greetings; my name is Phil Dubois, recently licensed Technician - 
KC0OFY.  At this point, I am all hat and no cow; I have no radio.  I'm 
looking for a decent handheld dual-band unit, preferably one that receives 
far more frequencies than it transmits.  In fact, it would be nice if I 
could use it to listen to the CB traffic while I'm on the highway.  A used 
unit would be fine.  I'm also looking at the Icom IC-T90, the Kenwood 
TH-F6A, and the Yaesu VX-5R.  Your thoughts will be welcome.
