[PPRAANet] Free ARECC seminar at Estes Park

I talked briefly with Dan Miller, K3UFG, at ARRL HQ today.  Dan indicated
that he has only two registrations so far for the Amateur Radio Emergency
Communications Course (ARECC) Seminar to be given in conjunction with the
2003 ARRL Rocky Mountain Division Convention in Estes Park.

This is a FREE 4 hour seminar to be given by the ARRL.  The seminar will not
include the Level I course itself. This program is designed to explain in
greater detail the duties of volunteer certification mentors, instructors
and examiners of the Amateur Radio Emergency Communications courses and
provide additional information for those considering these volunteer
positions.  Refreshments will be available.
