[PPRAANet] CMRG Annual Meeting

For those of you that are CMRG members, or are interested in membership in
the Cheyenne Mountain Repeater Group, you should be aware of their annual
meeting coming up next month, per the message pasted in below.  (Take note
of the Krispy Kreme donuts provided!!)

CMRG operates quite a system of linked repeaters on Cheyenne Mountain
(147.345 is the primary one, 146.76 is the new RACES repeater), and on
Badger Mountain, Deer Peak, Fremont Peak and San Antonio Mtn in NM.  They
have a web site at http://www.qsl.net/cmrg/  which goes into much more
detail on the system and the club.

Hello all CMRG supporters,

October is the month for the Cheyenne Mountain Repeater Group annual
meeting, as prescribed by our bylaws. 

This year's meeting will be held:

Date: Saturday October 26, 2002
Time: 9:30 Eyeball QSO's, Meet and Greet
10:00-12:00 Meeting
Location: Leon Young Service Center
1521 Hancock Expwy
Colorado Springs, CO 80903-4801

This is where Colorado Springs get all of their cars and trucks serviced.

As usual, coffee and doughnuts (Krispy Kreme) will be provided. 

As part of the meeting, two seats on the Board of Directors will be up for
election.  The board term is 3 years.  Two board seats come up for election
every year.  This year the seats currently held by Dave Sloan, N0EOP and our
resident Santa, Gary Heitzmann, KC0EIK are up for election.  Both Dave and
Gary have indicated a willingness to serve another term on the Board.
Nominations will also be taken from the floor at the meeting.  If you are
