[PPRAANet] Christmas Party Planning

At the PPRAA meeting last night, Shelley Jones Penney VE1NOS, our newest
member, stepped forward to take on the task of organizing our Christmas
party.  Thanks, Shelley!

Shelley gave me some notes to add to the December 0-Beat, but I'm afraid
that if I wait until then to get this out, it might be a little tight on the
timing.  So here's what information she wanted me to pass along.  Feel free
to pass this on via the PPRAA nets, etc.

(Lee, if you still have the files from last year's Christmas party, can you
modify and post on the web site?)


Basics:

Date:  December 13, 2002
Time:  Setup 1300-1500, dinner begins at 1830
Location:  Springs City Church (same as last year), 1250 Vondelpark Drive

We will have two turkeys (cooked by Clark KC0LNM and Al VO1NO) and two
edible hams (as opposed to the human non-edible hams) cooked by Jerry AD0A,
Ben N0LNW and Rob N7LV.

Drinks by Rhoda KB2BZY

Setup by Mike WV7T (we'll need more volunteers to set up, but Mike will get
things started)

If your last name begins with A thru H:  bring a salad
If your last name begins with I thru N:  bring a dessert
If your last name begins with N thru Z:  bring rolls, bread, etc

BTW, feel free to bring more, if you have a favorite dish you want to share!
